Back in the Saddle

Things seem to be getting easier everyday. Although the Aerobics this morning were quite the feat, My body seems to be getting used to getting up and going to the gym. I'm noticing that my body isn't as sore is it was the first couple days. Seems to be recovering a little faster. Got a big trip coming up this weekend so I'm trying to get a good week of fitness in to carry my momentum into next week. The good thing is the hotel has a gym so for the first time in my life I'll be utilizing that. Another good thing is that my wife is reallly supporting me and is helping me find ways to better my situation and make things easier for me to stick to the program. It's so much easier to accomplish my goals when I've got two people focusing on them, cause I'm not easily motivated. Thats why we make one hell of a team. Well hope everyone is well and life is good.

Patty's not the type to let up, either. Her and Erin make great tag team partners on this journey with us.

Other than you and I, they reap the most benefit from it, so it makes sense.

you both are giving credit to the wrong people.

we are not the ones up at 5am or sticking to a diet...YOU are

Erin is right----although I do have to wake up to make sure you get out of bed in the morning. I must say though I am so proud of you and am behind you all the way.

When at the end of the day I see the difference in not just your body but in your face it is great. You seem happier now which I didn't think was possible, but you do.

Know that I love you and even though we are going on vacation that doesn't mean I'm going to let you slack, however I won't be waking up @ 5am so if we can work out later in the morning that would be great :)
love you

It's hard to lose weight alone. It's awesome that you've got Rob kicking your butt in the gym and Patty kicking your butt at home! ;) You've got absolutely no excuse to go back to your old habits now! Keep up the great work.

Having support is so important. This is as much a mental thing as physical!

I was just coming on to say the same thing. Try and blog at least every other day, if not every day. It's what keeps this at the top of your mind.
