Don't really have too much to say today. Just battling those habitual demons. Good work out today good day at work. Beautiful wife great family and friends, roof over my head and a kick ass support group. LIFE IS GOOD!!!

You're doing well. I meant to ask - how's the whole quitting smoking thing going? You didn't seem to want to pull anyone's face off today.

Yeah, speaking from personal experience, this does NOT sound like the post of someone who recently quit smoking!!

its weird really. I have not felt the affects of withdrawls. Maybe its because this time I am totally serious about quitting. My partner at work still smokes in the truck and I dont even think twice about it. Maybe because my wife quit also and there is no smell of smoke in the house. As long as I stay busy I dont think about it or maybe i'm just a freak of nature. I DID QUIT SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION. Just don't know how. Make sence?
